He joined E&B in 1997 as the Noblesville area manager and was subsequently promoted to vice president responsible for directing asphalt paving operations and area office teams in Kokomo and Noblesville, as well as overseeing our roller-compacted concrete paving initiatives nationwide. He previously spent seven years working for Ashland Oil Company in their asphalt marketing group, and with his petroleum industry experience, he also provides leadership insight for our corporate oil purchasing strategy. Larry earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Marshall University.
John's E&B career began in 1972 and he is currently our firm's longest tenured team member. His paving industry experience spans every aspect of our operations and he shares his lifetime of professional knowledge with staff throughout the company. Having experienced the dramatic technology changes that have improved paving applications during the past four decades, John provides unique insight to support customer needs throughout his market areas. During his career, John has also served in several trade association leadership roles.
Tony first worked at E&B during college summer breaks from Purdue University. Following graduation, he joined Wright Construction in Elkhart as an estimator and left in 1988 as a vice president responsible for all field operations and project managers in the firm's Fort Myers, Fla. service area. Tony joined E&B on a full-time basis in 1988 as an estimator in our Muncie office. He received a bachelor's degree from Purdue in building construction technology.
He is responsible for our area offices in Rochester, Fort Wayne, Huntington and Kokomo. Prior to joining E&B in 1985, Brad worked for three years at Rieth-Riley Construction Company.
Business Development Manager
Before joining E&B, Kevin worked as a project manager at Atlas Excavating and as a land development construction manager for CP Morgan Land Development, both in the Indianapolis area. He is a graduate of Indiana State University.
A certified public accountant, Sarah received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Purdue University.
Human Resources Manager
Previously, Chuck was the human resources manager at Futaba Indiana of America Corporation, a Vincennes, Ind.-based automotive parts supplier to Toyota. An Indiana University-Bloomington graduate, Chuck also earned the Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
Steve has served in a variety of professional roles since joining E&B in 1984, including project manager/estimator, quality assurance manager and as the Indianapolis area manager. Before joining us, he worked with Shucker Bros. Industries and the Indiana Department of Transportation. Throughout his career, Steve has also been involved in supporting industry trade groups, including serving as president of the Asphalt Pavement Association of Indiana, chairman of Indiana Constructors, Inc. and on several committees of the National Asphalt Pavement Association. Steve attended Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis and Indiana State University.
